Whipping (serging or Overlocking)

A simple and effective way of edging a carpet, commonly used for the off cuts that  are left over after your new carpets have been fitted, creating matching mats and runners that will help to protect your fitted carpets for many years. 

We hold an extensive stock of over 500 different coloured yarns to ensure a near perfect match to your carpet, alternatively a complimentary colour of your choice may be supplied.

Whipping is also suitable for decorative shapes including car, boats and caravans etc.

Sew on fringing

Enjoy the classic elegance that only a  cotton fringe can provide, it can be used to replace the worn or damaged fringe on your Chinese, Indian or Persian rugs and return them to their former glory.  

Titan fringing

Alternatively choose from our extensive range of yarns and have a woolen fringe applied in the colour of your choice. Particularly attractive on circles and oval shaped pieces.
